Happy 4th!

This week has been so fun.  We went to 7 peaks almost everyday and got to enjoy the 4th BBQing and going to the Stadium of Fire.  It was really relaxing and fun. I've always wanted to do it before we leave Provo, and this year was Carly Ray Jepsen and Kelly Clarkson so it was worth it.  Things have been really great.  I like working and providing for Jamir so he can do his internship and ultimately get a good job. And I am loving not having homework. Life is good.

Yup, that is Kelly Clarkson. My zoom is amazing :) She has a GREAT voice. It sounded just like her recordings and was really powerful

And...it rained and stormed like crazy today! My poor tomato plant is now broken. It was  like a vine growing up our window well and now is a bush :(

Gone for Two Years

We went to Elko this weekend.  It's always nice to stay at Grandma's house and eat good food.  I'm going to miss Cam, but excited for him. He graduated Fri, spoke Sun, got ordained an Elder, endowed Tue and left Wed. Crazy. England is going to be an awesome adventure!

I've been wanting to do this for a while

We took pics of the orchard south of Provo. Jamir has a friend whose family owns an orchard and "The Big Red Barn." Anyone heard of it? It was really pretty and I've always wanted these kind of pics. We actually just got a tripod at DI and put the time on and took them ourselves...not too shabby I think except it was really windy so my hair gets a little crazy. Thought I would share.
