Goodbye 373 N DeAnjou

Ok, finally getting around to the move. It was a stressful week (month). We sold our beloved Eagle Point home and moved to a fixer upper. Our Eucalyptus house needs A LOT of updates. BUT it has a huge yard, close to one of the best elementary schools, is in a quiet cult-e-sac, has some great neighbors and is a pretty big house itself. That said, the kitchen is being ripped out and the master bath is tiny(also needs ripped out). But after no kitchen sink or laundry for a week (fixed now), and replacing the guest vanity and toilet, it is livable. We ripped out nasty dog-peed carpet, removed popcorn ceilings, worked into the a.m. on the floor of the bath. All while the mold guy worked on the basement getting it up to speed. I've already planted 10+ trees and the yard is looking better. I hope to have some before/after pics, but here is the updates now. And big thanks to Mom, who brought us food, helped with some labor/child care and came to help us move. It was stressful enough, but helped to have an extra hand.
